- 兩座工廠：一廠（南投市工業北五路3號）、二廠（南投市工業北五路9號） Two factories: the first factory (No. 3) and the second factory (No. 9), both on Gongye North 5th Road, Nantou County
- 二廠自 2023 年 5 月投產，擁有 20 條全自動模造產線，配備在線裁切＋CCD影像品檢系統 The second factory has been operating since May 2023, with 20 fully automated molding lines equipped with inline trimming and CCD image inspection
- 疊杯、裝袋、裝箱全程機械化完成，產品不經人手，杜絕人為污染 Stacking, bagging and boxing are fully mechanized — products are never touched by hand, eliminating human contamination
- QC 人員 24 小時駐線監控並抽樣檢測，以專業儀器依既定品質標準檢驗 QC staff monitor every line 24 hours a day, sample-testing products with professional instruments against defined quality standards
- 產線具備大型連鎖品牌所需的量產穩定度與品質一致性 Production capacity is built for the volume and quality consistency major chain brands require

- 成型後的疊杯、裝袋、裝箱全部由機械完成Stacking, bagging and boxing are all done by machine after molding
- 產品全程不經人手，避免人為污染No hand contact from line to carton, so no human contamination
AOI System
AOI 自動光學檢測Automatic Optical Inspection
- 7 鏡頭 CCD 攝影系統，逐片檢查每一件產品A 7-lens CCD camera system inspects every single piece
- 避免人工長時間目檢造成的視覺疲勞Avoids the visual fatigue of long hours of manual inspection
- 從第一片到最後一片，檢驗標準完全一致The same standard from the first piece to the last
